The dormitory wing includes eight dormitory rooms with a common kitchen, lounge, laundry room, and baths.
There are also two modular homes and four completely furnished, one-bedroom efficiency apartments for short-term occupancy. Fees are $30/bed/night for all units.
Visitors will be granted housing as available. Complete the Reservation Request Form and return by selecting the "Submit by email" button located on the top right portion of the form.
Once the form is received, availability will be checked and the requestor will be contacted via email whether the reservation is confirmed or not. If confirmed, the guest has 7 business days to forward a $30.00 refundable deposit to secure the space. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the space will be released. Checks received after the 7 day period will be returned. Check or money order made payable to the University of Florida. Cash or credit cards are not accepted.
Deposits will be waived for visitors affiliated with the University of Florida or other educational institutions providing the department is paying for their stay. Information for fiscal contact should be included on the housing reservation request. Cancellation policy applies and department will be billed for late cancellations.
Reservations must be cancelled with as much advance notice as possible. Cancellations that occur within 5 business days or less of the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge equivalent of one night's stay.
