On Thursday, August 22, 2024, Whitney Laboratory celebrated the Topping Out Milestone for the new Marine Research Institute Building and the Sea Turtle Research Center and Hospital!
Individuals from DPR Construction, University of Florida, trade partners, Whitney Board of Trustees, students and staff gathered in the lab's Center for Marine Studies building and commemorated the day with a beam signing.
