The Whitney Laboratory for Marine Bioscience
Whitney Laboratory and IFAS have started a new collaboration. Dr. Maia McGuire, recently named Florida Sea Grant's new Associate Director of Extension and Education, and the APL for Coastal and Marine Extension for UF IFAS, now has her office on the Whitney Laboratory campus. Dr. McGuire facilitates Florida Sea Grant-focused UF/IFAS Extension programming that reaches regional, state and national audiences giving her the opportunity to make impacts on an even greater scale.
