Happy 8th Anniversary of Saving Sea Turtles! Thank you for the steadfast support of all our guests, volunteers, interns, donors, followers, friends, family, and wonderful staff both past and present.
You’ve made our mission to promote ocean awareness and conservation through sea turtle rehabilitation, research, and education; and to encourage individuals like you to be stewards of the natural environment possible for the past eight years.
Since opening our doors in October 2015, the Sea Turtle Hospital has helped rescue, triage, and rehabilitate 604 juvenile sea turtle patients and 1943 hatchling and post-hatchling patients. We look forward to the many years to come!
The Sea Turtle Hospital's anniversary on October 24 was the same day as Taste of the Fun Coast, the foodie event at Hammock Beach Spa and Resort, that benefitted the Sea Turtle Hospital again this year. Thank you to Flagler Broadcasting, Hammock Beach Resort and Coastal Cloud for your continued support of sea turtles and our Hospital.
