The Whitney Laboratory for Marine Bioscience and the Sea Turtle Hospital at UF Whitney Lab were recently featured on Spectrum News 13.
In Flagler County, something new is on the horizon.
The University of Florida's Whitney Laboratory for Marine Bioscience is nearing completion of a new Marine Research Institute Building and Sea Turtle Research Center and Hospital in Marineland.
“We’re really looking forward to moving into a new space,” Catherine Eastman, Sea Turtle Hospital Program Manager, said.
The new building is set to open next year.
