Martindale Lab Welcomes Mayline Goëb

Please welcome Mayline Goëb to the Whitney Laboratory! Mayline Goëb is a visiting research scholar in the Martindale Lab and will be study adherens junctions in ctenophores at the Whitney Lab.

She received her bachelor's degree in Life Sciences at Montpellier University in France with an interest in veterinary studies and animal care. Her interest in marine life and biology has grown in parallel since she started living on the Mediterranean coast.

She is currently working towards a master degree in Integrative Biology and physiology focusing on Marine Biology and Bioresources at Sorbonne University in Paris. Her first research internship on jellyfish sparked an interest in evo-devo and cellular & molecular techniques. Outside of the lab, she enjoys snorkeling, traveling, a glass of wine with friends, and video games!
