Schnitzler Lab Welcomes Sue Xu

Please welcome Sue Xu to Whitney Laboratory! She recently joined Dr. Christine Schnitzler's Lab as a Ph.D. Student.

Sue is from Hangzhou, China. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology and a minor in Asian Languages. During her undergraduate she worked in David Jacobs Lab, studying moon jellyfish development and cnidarian evolution. She also assisted with jellyfish husbandry. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, films, and playing music.
