The 2022 Florida Genetics Symposium hosted by the University of Florida Genetics Institute will be held on November 2 and 3 at the Cancer & Genetics Research Complex.
Invited speakers include Whitney Laboratory faculty Dr. Christine Schnitzler (The genome of Hydractinia: an invertebrate animal model for regeneration, stem cell biology, and allorecognition) and Dr. Leonid Moroz (Origins of neurons, brains, and memory mechanisms through the lens of single-cell genomics: Planetary Ship-Seq+). Dr. Jingwei Song and Justin Waletich from the Schnitzler lab will also present their posters at the symposium.
